6 killed, 145 injured in road accidents across country in 24 hours

Police said Koshi Province recorded the highest number of injuries in road crashes during the same period.

KATHMANDU, June 9: Road accidents across the country have claimed six lives and left 145 people injured in the past 24 hours, according to Nepal Police data.

The fatalities were reported from six different regions, with one death each recorded in Koshi Province, the Kathmandu Valley, Madhesh Province, Sudurpaschim Province, Gandaki Province, and Bagmati Province.


Police said Koshi Province recorded the highest number of injuries in road crashes during the same period.
