KATHMANDU, April 10: Major Generals Padam Bahadur Budha and Pawan Khatri have been conferred insignia following their promotion to the rank of Lieutenant General.
According to the Nepali Army, the insignia was presented after they were promoted to the post of Lieutenant General.

Chief of Army Staff Ashok Raj Sigdel conferred the insignia on them during a ceremony held at the Army Headquarters on Friday morning.
The Cabinet meeting held last Sunday had decided to promote both officers to the rank of Lieutenant General.
