The provincial government has also planned to take practical tests via automated system, with an aim to minimize collusion in the trial test of the driving license.

In addition, the Bagmati Province has targeted to print the license itself in coordination with the central government. Similarly, the mechanical tests of public transport will be conducted on a daily basis.

The budget of the provincial government also plans to establish a vehicle testing center, which will be developed as a concept of an integrated transport service mechanism. The budget also mentions that the registration of small vehicles will be opened as per the need of the Kathmandu Valley.
