JANAKPURDHAM, May 18: Siraha Police today presented a brother and sister who they arrested with a large quantity of brown heroin and cash.
Siraha Police arrested 32-year-old Dinesh Kumar Yadav and his 26-year-old sister Kiran Kumari from Lahan Municipality-22.
