KATHMANDU, Sept 17: Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Ashok Raj Sigdel paid a courtesy call on Chinese Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jun on Thursday during his ongoing official visit to the People's Republic of China.
According to the Directorate of Public Relations and Information of the Nepali Army, CoAS Sigdel discussed matters of mutual interest and bilateral military relations with the Chinese defense minister.

During the visit, CoAS Sigdel visited China's National Defence University on September 16 and also attended the inaugural session of the '13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum' held in Beijing, the capital of China.
