Coordinator of the general convention preparation committee of the faction, Dr Shashank Koirala, shared that the ward-level convention would start from October 1 as per the schedule published by the leadership elected from the 14th general convention. "Moving ahead unilaterally without waiting for the decision of the Supreme Court cannot be considered appropriate at any cost," he said.
It was the need of the hour to seek a solution respecting both legal and political aspects, while focusing on the party's future, said Coordinator Dr Koirala.
Meanwhile, the establishment had decided on Sunday to publish a schedule to organise ward conventions from September 19 and the 15th general convention from October 2-5.
