KATHMANDU, Nov 1: Former minister of state for home affairs, Khobhari Ray Yadav was arrested in Kathmandu ‘red-handed while gambling’ on Saturday night.
A team from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Swyambhunath arrested Ray and 10 other ‘gamblers’ with a huge amount of cash.

According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shyam Lal Gyawali, the chief of Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, Ray along with other gamblers was arrested with more than Rs 150,000.
Earlier, when Ray was a minister of state from RPP, he was arrested from Durbar Marg on the charge of brandishing a gun to the general public.
