KATHMANDU, July 3: Gold and silver prices continued to rise in the domestic market on Friday. Compared to Thursday, the price of gold increased by Rs 7,200 per tola, while silver rose by Rs 165 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold has been fixed at Rs 290,700 per tola, while silver is being traded at Rs 4,615 per tola.

On Thursday, fine gold was traded at Rs 283,500 per tola, while silver was priced at Rs 4,450 per tola.
According to international media reports, gold was trading at USD 4,179 per ounce and silver at USD 62 per ounce in the international market on Friday.
