Gold price up by Rs 1,200 per tola in domestic market

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold has been fixed at Rs 293,200 per tola. On Friday, gold was traded at Rs 292,000 per tola.

KATHMANDU, June 14: The price of gold in the local market increased by Rs 1,200 per tola on Sunday.



According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold has been fixed at Rs 293,200 per tola. On Friday, gold was traded at Rs 292,000 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver also increased by Rs 55 per tola. Silver is now priced at Rs 4,895 per tola, up from Rs 4,840 on Friday.


In the international market, gold is currently being traded at around USD 4,210 per ounce.
