KATHMANDU, July 6: Gold and silver prices declined slightly in the domestic market on Monday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold fell by Rs 900 per tola compared to Sunday.
Gold and silver prices remain steady
The federation has fixed the price of fine gold at Rs 289,400 per tola for Monday, down from Rs 290,300 per tola on Sunday.
Similarly, the price of silver dropped by Rs 20 per tola. Silver, which was traded at Rs 4,605 per tola on Sunday, is being traded at Rs 4,585 per tola on Monday.
Gold and silver prices in Nepal are determined based on fluctuations in the international market.
