Govt proposes public debate on state funding for political parties

KATHMANDU, May 29 : The government has proposed initiating a national-level discussion on providing state funding to political parties based on their electoral performance.



Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle made the announcement while presenting the national budget for fiscal year 2026/27 on Friday.
