KATHMANDU, Oct 30 : The hearing in the cooperative fraud and organized crime case involving Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane and former Gorkha Media operator Chhabi Lal Joshi is being held today.
The case is being heard at the Butwal bench of the High Court Tulsipur before judges Om Prakash Aryal and Tej Narayan Paudel.

Earlier, a joint bench of judges Milan Kumar Rai and Om Prakash Aryal had ordered the cases of Lamichhane and Joshi to be heard together, citing their similar nature.
Lamichhane had requested to be allowed to contest the case from outside custody by depositing the claimed amount. In response, the High Court had ordered that Joshi’s case file also be presented alongside the case of Lamichhane.
