SURKHET, July 16: The Karnali Province government has declared a public holiday across the province on Shrawan 1 on the occasion of Saune Sankranti and the Deuda festival.

The Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers announced the decision through a statement issued on Wednesday.
