HETAUDA, July 26: A man was found dead near the Transport Management Office at Thanabharyang in Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City-11, Makwanpur, on Sunday morning.
According to the District Police Office, Makwanpur, a police team led by Inspector Umashankar Prasad was deployed to the scene after receiving a report at around 6:15 am.
Police said bloodstains were found around the scene, prompting them to treat the death as suspicious and launch a detailed investigation.
Eight-year-old girl found dead in suspicious condition
The deceased has been identified as Ashman Gopale, 41, a permanent resident of Thaha Municipality-10 (formerly Chitlang VDC-6), Makwanpur. He was the son of Ram Bahadur Gopale. Police said his family has been informed.
To assist with the investigation, a police team from the Bagmati Province Police Office’s K9 unit, along with a tracker dog, was deployed to the site at around 8:30 am.
