The digital platform will provide step by step tracking from initial claim notification and official document submission through to surveyor assessment, managerial approval, and final fund disbursement. This comprehensive tracking prevents deliberate delays and streamlines overall processing timelines. The NIA has sought to implement the system in all licensed life, non life, and micro insurance companies.
