BAJURA, Aug. 14: A person has gone missing and two others were injured after a landslide triggered by torrential rain buried houses at Tamsu in Triveni Municipality-9, Bajura, on Thursday.
The landslide buried the houses of Dharma Thapa and Karna Bahadur Thapa, according to police.

Naresh Bahadur Shahi, information officer at the District Police Office, Bajura, confirmed that two people were injured in the incident.
Ward Chair Nanda Thapa said rescue teams have faced difficulties in searching for the missing person and rescuing the injured due to the continuing heavy rain.
A police team led by District Police Office Chief Shaileshwori Bohara has reached the site and is carrying out search and rescue operations.
