KATHMANDU, Feb 4: Nepal Police has arrested Tara Baral after trying to disrupt a peaceful demonstration against the decision of Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) to allow rape-accused Sandeep Lamichhane to play matches. The protest was organized by an independent group at Maitighar.
