KATHMANDU, April 10: President Ram Chandra Paudel is scheduled to address a joint session of both houses of the Federal Parliament today.

According to the Office of the President, on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, President Paudel will deliver the address at 3:00 PM at the Federal Parliament building, Singha Durbar, under Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal.
Lawmakers from both houses have been requested to attend the joint session.
