KATHMANDU, May 14: Rabindra Mishra, senior vice president of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party, was presented before the Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday for a habeas corpus hearing.

Mishra was initially brought to the District Attorney’s Office from the Kathmandu Police Range in handcuffs. However, the handcuffs were removed before he was escorted to the SC, in compliance with a court order.
