KATHMANDU, Jan 20: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Deputy General Secretary Bhoop Dev Shah has filed his candidacy from Achham Constituency-2 for the House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5.
After registering his nomination, Shah said that the time has come to calculate the humiliation the people of Achham have been bearing for decades.

Shah previously served as the chief secretary to former Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor and RSP Senior Leader Balendra Shah (Balen). He is a close aide of Balen.
Before joining KMC, Shah had also served as the personal secretary to the late Ujwal Thapa, the founder of Bibeksheel Nepali.
