RSP’s Rabin Mahato defeats NCP’s Yadav in Sarlahi-2 by 33,989 votes

Rabin Mahato of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has won the election in Sarlahi-2 with a huge margin of 33,989 votes.

KATHMANDU, March 7: Rabin Mahato of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has won the election in Sarlahi-2 with a huge margin of 33,989 votes.



According to the Election Commission (EC), Mahato secured 42,512 votes, defeating his nearest competitor Mahendra Raya Yadav of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP), who received only 8,523 votes.

Likewise, Saroj Kumar of the Nepali Congress finished third with 7,039 votes.
