KATHMANDU, May 18: Nepali star leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has etched his name into the record books once again, becoming the fastest bowler in world cricket to reach 150 wickets in One Day Internationals (ODIs).
He reached the milestone after taking two wickets against Scotland national cricket team in the ongoing ICC World Cup League-2 match at the TU International Cricket Ground on Monday.

Lamichhane achieved the feat in just 73 ODI matches, surpassing the previous record held by Australian pace spearhead Mitchell Starc, who had reached the milestone in 77 matches.
The achievement marks yet another major milestone for Nepal’s cricket sensation on the international stage.
