KATHMANDU, March 27: Former Prime Minister Sushila Karki congratulated newly appointed Prime Minister Balendra Shah and urged him to approach his work with prudence.
Through social media, Karki expressed her happiness at seeing a 35-year-old youth as her successor and advised him to balance enthusiasm with caution.
