KATHMANDU, July 22: The CPN-UML has withdrawn from the Bagmati Province government.

UML's Bagmati Province Parliamentary Party leader Jagannath Thapaliya submitted the joint resignation of the party's ministers to Chief Minister Indra Bahadur Baniya on Tuesday.
In the resignation letter, Thapaliya said the ministers had resigned in line with the UML central committee’s decision and in view of the current political situation.
