Questions over the inclusion and exclusion of names quickly escalated at the venue, prompting the election committee to suspend all election-related activities and instruct participants to vacate the premises.

Several participants said they had gathered at the venue since Tuesday evening with high expectations of taking part in the voting process. Voting was initially scheduled to begin at 8 AM on Wednesday, but could not proceed as disagreements over the final voter list persisted.
