According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, this system will bring generally cloudy conditions to the hilly and mountainous regions, including Koshi Province.
The Tarai region is expected to see partly cloudy skies. Light rain or snowfall accompanied by thunder and lightning is likely at a few places in the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, as well as at one or two locations in the high hills of Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces.
The bulletin also notes the likelihood of hot daytime conditions in the Tarai areas of Madhes Province and parts of Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpashchim, along with some other regions.
Overall, the mountainous areas across the country will remain generally cloudy, the hilly regions partly cloudy, and the Tarai will see mostly clear weather. There is also a chance of light rain or snowfall at one or two places in the high hills of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces.
