KATHMANDU, August 22: A well-wisher has gifted a bicycle to Harka Sampang, the mayor of Dharan Sub-metropolitan city.

KATHMANDU, August 22: A well-wisher has gifted a bicycle to Harka Sampang, the mayor of Dharan Sub-metropolitan city.

Mayor Sampang posted a photo on social media today and said that a well-wisher living in Scotland gifted him a bicycle two days ago.

Sampang said that he now rides a bicycle when traveling short distances. Similarly, he has now taken forward the plan of organizing a bicycle competition for the promotion of bicycle tourism.
