KATHMANDU, July 23: Nepal will face hosts the Netherlands today in their second match of the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup League 2. The match is scheduled to begin at 2:45 pm Nepali time.
Nepal are under pressure to bounce back after suffering an eight-wicket defeat to Namibia in their opening match of the series.
Although out of the title race, Nepal remain in contention for a top-four finish, which would keep their hopes of qualifying for the Cricket World Cup alive. As a result, they will need to win their remaining matches in the series.

The Rhinos are also fighting to retain their One-Day International (ODI) status, which requires them to finish among the top six teams in the standings, making the remaining fixtures crucial.
Nepal have won three of their last five ODI meetings against the Netherlands, while the Dutch have claimed victory in the other two. Today's match will be the Netherlands' first of the series.
The Netherlands are third in the standings with 32 points from 28 matches and will also be looking for a win to strengthen their title challenge.
In the 36-match tournament, the United States lead the table with 43 points from 32 matches, while Scotland are second with 38 points from the same number of games. Oman are fourth with 31 points from 28 matches.
Nepal, along with Namibia, Canada and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has already been eliminated from the League 2 title race.
