The campaign aims to ensure timely decisions, assign clear responsibility, and improve service delivery by discouraging file delays.

Offices are required to track files daily, including their status, responsible officials, and duration of delay. Files pending beyond three, seven, or 15 days will undergo mandatory review.

Officials have also been instructed to avoid unnecessary escalation and resolve issues at the concerned level.

The government expects the drive to reduce backlog, improve efficiency, and strengthen transparency and accountability.
