KATHMANDU, Nov 25: NexGen Management and Equity Solutions is set to issue 1.5 million IPO shares.
The company has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital as the issue and sales manager for the IPO.

A formal agreement was signed between NexGen Management’s Managing Director Ramesh Kumar Bhattarai and Laxmi Sunrise Capital’s CEO Bijaya Lal Shrestha.
NexGen Management has an authorized capital of Rs 1 billion and a paid-up capital of Rs 500 million. The company is chaired by former banker Devendra Pratap Shah.
