KATHMANDU, Oct 20: Nepal Police marked Kukur Tihar by worshipping dogs at the Central Police Dog Training Center. According to Hindu tradition, on the second day of the Tihar festival, dogs—believed to be the vehicle of deity Bhairav—are worshipped.
