KATHMANDU, March 23: Nepali Congress (NC) General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa has said that the people cannot be freed from fear as long as the prime minister is not afraid.
Addressing a program organized by the Association of Community Radio Broadcasters Nepal on Thursday, Thapa said that the time has come for the prime minister to be afraid.
