KATHMANDU, Dec 16: Soaltee Hotel is providing a 31.57 percent dividend to its shareholders.

The 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Soaltee Hotel held on Sunday approved 15 percent bonus shares and 16.57 percent cash dividends. The meeting also elected five board members from the promoter shareholders and three from general shareholders.
