KATHMANDU, April 18: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has congratulated a medical team involved in the successful treatment of a COVID-19 patient.

In his tweet today, the Prime Minister wished good health to the woman who returned home today after a full recovery from the virus and thanked the entire medical team involved in her treatment.
The 19-year old woman from Kathmandu was discharged today from the Teku-based Shukraraj Tropical and Infectious Control Disease Hospital following 27 days' treatment. She was the second COVID-19 patient in the country. The first case had also been cured.
