This govt won’t last long, new one likely in New Year: Chair Dahal

When asked about the possibility of a new government in the New Year, Dahal said, “Forming a government is not our priority, but the situation is developing in such a way that it seems this government may not last much longer.”

KATHMANDU, April 13: Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has once again stated that the current ruling coalition is unlikely to last long. Speaking in Chitwan on Sunday, he claimed that a new government is likely to be formed in the Nepali New Year 2082 BS.



When asked about the possibility of a new government in the New Year, Dahal said, “Forming a government is not our priority, but the situation is developing in such a way that it seems this government may not last much longer.”

He also described the past year as an average one and extended New Year greetings to all Nepalis.
