CHITWAN, July 16: The CPN-UML has decided to recall its six ministers serving in the Bagmati provincial government.
According to former minister and Bagmati Provincial Assembly member Krishna Prasad Silwal, the party decided after differences emerged in the power-sharing arrangement between the Nepali Congress (NC) and the UML. He said the ministers are expected to submit their resignations shortly.

The UML's ministers in the Bagmati government are Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Madhusudan Poudel, Health Minister Kiran Thapa, Forest and Environment Minister Bharat Bahadur KC, Industry Minister Bindu Shrestha, Labour, Employment and Transport Minister Jayaram Thapa, and Physical Infrastructure Development Minister Dinesh Chandra Devkota.
The Bagmati provincial government is led by NC Chief Minister Indra Bahadur Baniya under a coalition between the Nepali Congress and the UML.
