KATHMANDU, July 12: An extended meeting of the Central Committee of Federal Council Chairman Baburam Bhattarai-led faction of Janata Samajwadi Party is being held today.
The Bhattarai faction has called a meeting in Kathmandu on July 12 and 13. Chairman of the party's Executive Committee Upendra Yadav has also called a meeting in Birgunj on July 13 and 14.

Recently, the leaders have decided to part ways in consensus due growing differences between the two leaders.
Yadav has a majority in the party over Bhattarai.
