KATHMANDU, April 20: The prices of both gold and silver declined in the domestic market on Monday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.
Gold prices dropped by Rs 1,300 per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs 299,700 per tola. On Sunday, gold was traded at Rs 301,000 per tola.
Gold and silver prices remain steady
Similarly, silver prices also saw a slight decrease. The price of silver fell by Rs 35 per tola, settling at Rs 5,190 per tola, compared to Rs 5,225 per tola the previous day.
The association determines daily trading prices in the domestic market based on fluctuations in the international market.
