According to the OPMCM, the directive has been enforced in line with the government’s decision on March 26 to prioritise the implementation of a 100-point governance reform agenda.

“Nomination of officials for foreign visits may obstruct the implementation of the 100-point action plan. Hence, all bodies are requested not to nominate any officials for such visits,” the directive states.
