KATHMANDU, May 8: Government spokesperson Sasmit Pokharel said Nepal has already sent a diplomatic note to India regarding the border issue.
Speaking while briefing the media on the decisions made during Thursday’s Cabinet meeting, Pokharel said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nepal has initiated the necessary diplomatic process with the Indian government.

He said that dialogue between the two countries has already begun and that the Foreign Ministry is moving forward with the required procedures.
“Dialogue is taking place between the two countries in line with the diplomatic note. Talks will be held,” Pokharel said.
