Myagdi’s Beni directly connected to New Delhi by bus service

The bus service, which starts from Beni Kalipul Bus Park, passes through Syangja, Waling, Bhairahawa, Ayodhya, and Agra before reaching its final destination, New Delhi.

MYAGDI, Feb 4: A direct bus service has been launched connecting Beni, the district headquarters of Myagdi, with New Delhi, India. The service, named the Nepal–India Friendship Bus Service, has been introduced jointly by Modern Era Tours and Travels and Sristi Yatayat Pvt Ltd.



The bus service, which starts from Beni Kalipul Bus Park, passes through Syangja, Waling, Bhairahawa, Ayodhya, and Agra before reaching its final destination, New Delhi.

Beni Municipality Mayor Surat KC inaugurated the service today. According to Chair of Modern Era Tours and Travels, Keshab Prasad Adhikari, the service aims to link religious sites in Myagdi and Mustang with India and encourage Indian tourists to visit Nepal.


The travel time from Beni to New Delhi is approximately 27 hours. A bus will depart daily from Beni at 6:45 am and from Sarojini Nagar in New Delhi at 4:00 pm.


The fare per passenger is Rs 5,400 for the Beni–New Delhi route and INR 3,200 from New Delhi to Beni. The bus has a seating capacity of 45 passengers, and the total travel distance between Beni and New Delhi is around 1,400 kilometers.
