KATHMANDU, April 18: President Bidhya Devi Bhandari, who is in 5-day state visit to India, was officially welcomed by the President of India Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the forecourt of the Rastrapati Bhawan in New Delhi on Tuesday.
