KATHMANDU, April 21: The Rastriya Swatantra Party has assigned Proportional Representation lawmakers to constituencies where it failed to secure victory in the direct elections.
According to General Secretary Kabindra Burlakoti, the party has designated 11 lawmakers in Koshi Province, two in Madhesh, two in Bagmati, three in Gandaki, five in Lumbini, 11 in Karnali, and six in Sudurpashchim.
Challenges for RSP: Managing power and managing itself
The assigned lawmakers will coordinate on contemporary issues and concerns in their respective constituencies, the party said.
