RSP’s Joshi takes lead in Dadeldhura

DADELDHURA, March 6: In the House of Representatives election vote count in Dadeldhura, Taraprasad Joshi of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has taken the lead.



According to Election Officer Arun Kumar Koirala, Joshi has secured 1,052 votes so far.

Sher Singh Mal of the Nepali Communist Party has received 530 votes, while Nain Singh Mahar of the Nepali Congress (NC) has secured 508 votes. Chakra Prasad Snehi of the CPN-UML has received 317 votes.


There are 90,403 registered voters in the constituency, of which 45,909 cast their ballots. The constituency has 13 candidates contesting from different political parties and independent backgrounds.
