KATHMANDU, April 23 : A server problem at Singha Durbar has temporarily disrupted the document distribution system operated by the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police.
According to the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, the technical issue has halted the issuance of documents for the time being.
