RAMECHHAP, Aug 27: Social activist Shyam Subedi from Manthali municipality-1 has handed over the monetary support and educational materials to the girl students from various schools and campuses in the district.
As many as 83 school and college students were provided the support amidst a special program organized on the occasion of Teej festival on Tuesday. Those receiving the monetary and material support were from Manthali Secondary School (35) and 10 each from the Bhairabhi Secondary School of Sunarapani, the Seti Devi Secondary School of Salu and the Siddheshwor Secondary School of Gairathok.

Similarly, six students from the Manthali Martyrs Memorial Multiple Campus and 12 from the Tamakoshi Campus, Khimti, received the educational materials.
Subedi informed that even the girl students from Harrechinde Secondary School, the Siddheshwor Basic School and the Kalika Basic School from Manthali municipality would be provided school uniforms.
