KATHMANDU, Oct 12: President Ram Chandra Paudel has been discharged from hospital after his health condition improved.

He was admitted to the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Centre in Maharajgunj on Saturday after suddenly experienced health complications. According to the Office of the President, his condition returned to normal following treatment under the supervision of doctors, and he was discharged on Sunday.
A meeting scheduled between the President and Gen Z representatives at Sheetal Niwas on Sunday has been postponed to Monday due to his health condition.
On Saturday, a group of Gen Z representatives held discussions with the Prime Minister and the President. However, some other representatives who were not invited to the meeting gathered outside Sheetal Niwas and staged a protest. In response, the Office of the President had announced a separate meeting to be held on Sunday, which could not take place due to the President’s health.
