KATHMANDU, March 18: The government on Wednesday restricted gathering of more than 25 people at one place in view of the possible outbreak of coronavirus.
A meeting of the high-level government committee formed to prevent and contain the COVID-19 made a decision to this effect today.

As per the decision, people will be barred from holding assemblies at public places including party palaces and religious sites.
The committee led by Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokharel has instructed Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Information to monitor the implementation of the above mentioned decision.
