KATHMANDU, Aug 16: The government has announced that each Nepali player who participated in the CAVA Women’s Volleyball Nations League will receive a cash reward of Rs 300,000 each. Nepal secured the runner-up position in the tournament, with India claiming the title.

The decision was made during a Cabinet meeting on Thursday to award all the 14 members of the Nepali volleyball team.
Additionally, the head coach will be granted Rs 200,000, while the manager, assistant coach, and physio will each receive Rs 120,000.
