Health ministry sets deadline for listing those injured in Gen Z movement

The ministry warned that if the required details of those receiving treatment at various health institutions are not submitted by the deadline, it will be difficult to include them in the official list of the injured.

KATHMANDU, Feb 26: The Ministry of Health and Population has urged that the listing and categorization/re-categorization of those injured during the Gen Z movement be completed by tomorrow, Friday, February 27.



The ministry warned that if the required details of those receiving treatment at various health institutions are not submitted by the deadline, it will be difficult to include them in the official list of the injured.

According to the ministry, the listing and categorization work has been accelerated to ensure effective treatment and relief for the injured, following a directive from the Ministry of Home Affairs and the coordination committee’s decision. The process has been ongoing for a long time, and now a final deadline has been set to complete it.


Applications received lawfully between February 13 to 27 will be verified, and the final list of the injured will be published thereafter.
